Ingredients

  • 1 cup cup brewed coffee cooled to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup cup milk chilled
  • 2 tbsp tablespoons sugar syrup adjust sweetness to taste

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

  1. Pour the cooled brewed coffee into your blender.
  2. Add the chilled milk to the coffee in the blender.
  3. Measure and pour in the sugar syrup, then close the blender lid securely.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, frosty, and slightly thickened, about 30-40 seconds. You should see the ice crystals breaking down and the liquid becoming creamy.
  5. Stop the blender and check the consistency. It should be icy yet scoopable, with a velvety texture.
  6. Pour the blended coffee slushie into glasses, and if desired, garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon for a refreshing, caffeine-fueled treat.

Notes

Feel free to customize the sweetness or add flavorings like vanilla or a splash of liqueur. For creamier texture, blend in a dollop of vanilla yogurt.
